Whether the congregation is between settled pastors, the pastor is on vacation or sabbatical, illness or family need has pulled them away, or the congregation is marking a special Sunday and wants a guest in the pulpit. Grace and Peace Studio offers full Sunday worship leadership built around the texts of the day and the people in the room.
A complete Sunday service, prepared with care, anchored in the texts the congregation requests, the lectionary if your tradition follows one, or any scripture you want anchored that day. The work is done in advance. The bulletin is delivered ready to print. The sermon is written for the room, not pulled from a folder of generic ones.
The gift covers a custom-prepared sermon for the day, full liturgy preparation in your tradition, hymn coordination, a print-ready bulletin, and Marc's presence before and after the service for fellowship and conversation. Mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate. Multi-service Sundays, special-occasion services, or services requiring substantial extra preparation are arranged in conversation.
Rates are adjusted to reflect generally accepted standards in the area, or negotiated based on what fits the situation. The number is a starting point, not a ceiling or a floor.
Congregations anywhere. Marc is based in Crystal Lake, Illinois, with deep ties to the Driftless region of Wisconsin, and travels naturally to other places. The conversation determines what is possible. Remote and recorded options are also available for congregations who want a guest preacher delivered as recorded sermon, written manuscript, or live stream.
